1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the cv6y website at cv6y.io, including all subdomains, mobile applications, and associated services.
• "Player Account" means the registered account created by an individual user upon completing the cv6y registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet credits, free spins winnings, or any other non-cash incentive credited to a Player Account by cv6y.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which cv6y processes player transactions.
• "Approved Payment Methods" means the deposit and withdrawal channels listed on the cv6y payments page, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank.
• "Game Provider" means a third-party software studio (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe) whose games are made available through the cv6y platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the identity and address confirmation process required by cv6y prior to processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the cv6y platform — including browsing the website, creating a Player Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion — you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
• You agree to be legally bound by these terms and any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game or promotion rules.
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain a Player Account with cv6y, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, betting, or claiming any promotional offer on the cv6y platform.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of account registration and use.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling with cv6y or any other operator through a self-exclusion programme that remains active.
• You must not be a current or former employee of cv6y, any affiliated company, or any Game Provider whose games are offered on the platform, if such employment creates a conflict of interest in relation to platform use.

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one Player Account with cv6y. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile telephone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these terms. cv6y may require you to provide supporting documents to verify any information provided at registration.

4.3 Account Credentials

Your username and password are personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. cv6y will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials where such use was enabled by your failure to keep them confidential.

4.4 Account Currency

All Player Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The account currency cannot be changed after registration. cv6y does not maintain accounts in any foreign currency and does not accept deposits in currencies other than BDT.

5 Account Security

cv6y employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform sessions and implements OTP-based authentication for logins from unrecognised devices. Notwithstanding these measures, you are responsible for:

• Choosing a strong, unique password and changing it regularly.
• Ensuring you log out of the platform after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notifying cv6y support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware or suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Not storing your login credentials in any unsecured location, including unencrypted notes applications or shared documents.

cv6y will never ask you to provide your password by email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

6 Deposits & Payments

6.1 Approved Payment Methods

cv6y accepts deposits exclusively via Approved Payment Methods as listed on the platform at the time of deposit. Current Approved Payment Methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. cv6y reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to players.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount may vary by payment method and is displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. All deposits are processed in BDT with no currency conversion charges applied by cv6y.

6.3 Deposit Processing Times

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Player Account within thirty seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating financial institution. cv6y is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

6.4 Funding Source

You confirm that all funds deposited to your cv6y account are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised account holder of the payment method used. Depositing funds derived from criminal activity constitutes a serious breach of these terms and will be reported to relevant authorities.

7 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the verified identity on your Player Account. cv6y does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, payment methods belonging to another individual, or anonymous payment instruments.

7.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

cv6y may require KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of the payment method used for deposit. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested will result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold until verification is complete.

7.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Once approved, withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within one to three hours during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional security checks are required.

7.4 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawals page and may vary by payment method. Requests below the stated minimum will not be processed.

7.5 Bonus Fund Withdrawals

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being forfeited, with only the real-money balance (if any) being released for withdrawal.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by cv6y are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term will prevail for matters relating to that promotion only.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in that promotion before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements, while live casino games, sports betting, and specialty games may contribute a lower percentage or zero. 8.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and associated free bets carry an expiry date. Any bonus or associated winnings not used or wagered before the expiry date will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.

8.4 Abuse of Promotions

cv6y reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a player has attempted to abuse the promotion. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, systematically exploiting bonus mechanics with the primary intention of withdrawing rather than playing, or coordinating with other players to benefit from a promotion in a manner not intended by cv6y.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

9.1 Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes on the cv6y platform are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems operated by our licensed Game Providers. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the result of the relevant sporting event as confirmed by the official governing body. All results are final once confirmed by the platform and cannot be reversed except in the circumstances described in Section 9.3.

9.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on the cv6y platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface or betting market and may be adjusted by cv6y at any time. cv6y also reserves the right to impose individual account-level betting limits where warranted by the account's activity profile.

9.3 Void Bets and Technical Errors

cv6y reserves the right to declare a bet or game round void and return the relevant stake to the Player Account in the event of a manifest error, technical malfunction, data feed failure, or any circumstance that, in cv6y's reasonable judgement, renders the outcome invalid. Where a void is declared, no winnings will be paid on the affected bet or game round, and the original stake will be returned in full.

9.4 Responsible Betting

Betting and gaming carry inherent financial risk. cv6y strongly recommends that all players set personal deposit and session limits, bet within their means, and use the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings. The platform is for entertainment purposes only and should not be treated as a source of income.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cv6y platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one Player Account, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit bonuses, or interact with the platform in any automated manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or bonus terms.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or criminal activity, or using the platform in any manner that facilitates money laundering or financial fraud.
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, access restriction, self-exclusion, or account closure imposed by cv6y.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the operation of the cv6y platform or the experience of other players.

11 Responsible Gaming

cv6y is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure automatic alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration in a single session.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours up to 30 days. During a cool-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. Cool-off periods activate immediately and cannot be reversed before the selected end date.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the cv6y platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of cv6y or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the cv6y platform without our express prior written consent. Unauthorised use of cv6y intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these terms and may give rise to legal liability.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cv6y excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from the use of third-party payment services, including delays, fees, or errors caused by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.
• Any inaccuracy in game data, odds feeds, or sporting event information provided by third-party data suppliers.

Nothing in these terms limits cv6y's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Suspension & Termination

14.1 Suspension by cv6y

cv6y reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player Account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms & Conditions, applicable law, or in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

14.2 Termination by cv6y

Following investigation of a suspended account, cv6y may permanently close the account and, in cases involving fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or material breach of these terms, forfeit the entire account balance. Where closure is not related to misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via an Approved Payment Method.

14.3 Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your Player Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance net of applicable bonus fund adjustments will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

15 Amendments to These Terms

cv6y reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, we will provide notice by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the cv6y platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account in accordance with Section 14.3.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the cv6y platform. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of the platform, cv6y encourages players to contact the support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution.

cv6y is committed to handling all complaints fairly, consistently, and promptly. Complaints submitted to [email protected] will receive an initial response within 48 hours and a substantive resolution within 14 days in most cases. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with support, players may request escalation to the cv6y complaints review process.
